What you get, what you pay, and what each of us commits to.
Who we are
Fiscalo is a brand of [legal name], [address], [email]. We are tax preparers, not chartered professional accountants.
The service
We prepare your personal income tax return for the year in question and file it electronically with the Canada Revenue Agency and, if you live in Quebec, with Revenu Québec. We don't do tax planning.
The price
The price is the one shown on the Pricing page for your level: $59, $89 or $149 per return, all in. Only sales tax is added. Your exact price is shown at the end of the questionnaire, before you send any documents. It doesn't change after that unless you ask us for something more.
Payment
You pay by credit card once your return is filed. Nothing is charged before.
What you commit to
- Give us complete and accurate information, and the documents that support it
- Join a short video call with photo ID
- Read your return summary and sign the filing authorization forms before we file
What we commit to
- Check every amount read from your slips and every credit claimed before filing
- File only after you sign
- Protect your information as our privacy policy describes
Cancelling
You can cancel any time before filing, at no cost: you only pay once your return is filed.
Language
These terms exist in French and English. If they differ, the French version prevails.
